This is a working draft. Finalized terms — drafted by counsel — will be in place before Relay onboards its first paying customer. The notes below describe our current intent.
Service
Relay is a SaaS platform that helps clinical teams broadcast operational updates on a wall display and on mobile devices. It is not a medical device, not a clinical decision support tool, and is not a substitute for an electronic medical record.
Acceptable use
- Don't post Protected Health Information (PHI). Relay is not designed to hold it.
- Don't impersonate, harass, or use Relay to violate any law or hospital policy.
- Admins are responsible for the content they publish on their organization's walls.
Subscription
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per workspace. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Relay is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running but make no warranty of uninterrupted availability. Don't rely on Relay as a substitute for clinical judgment or as your sole means of distributing critical safety information.
